Ensuring Data Integrity in Long-Term Archives from OpenText and Image-Master

As part of the design process, supporting documents and drawings are provided with an electronic signature by the certified timeproof time-stamping system before being stored in the archive. Design drawings of various sizes that are already available in digital form are made tamper-proof and time-stamped through this signature.

The archiving process ensures the integrity of the stored data and makes all changes—including those made retroactively—traceable.

This solution provides legal certainty at every stage of the process in accordance with the requirements of the German Federal Aviation Authority.

Transaction Security for Gaming Operations

The goal of transaction security at the lottery company is to minimize the personnel and time required to secure and evaluate game data. The evaluation and verification of game data must be performed automatically.

With the use of the time stamp, the need to lock the game data in a vault has been eliminated, and the time between the deadline for accepting bets and the start of the game has been shortened. In the future, games with significantly shorter durations can now be offered.

The timeproof time stamp has simplified and secured the collection and transmission of data from the betting location to the data center. No changes to business processes were necessary.
