When people think of timeproof, they usually think of CEO Olaf Feller. He is considered one of Germany’s most experienced specialists in digital integrity assurance, with in-depth expertise in qualified timestamps, evidence records, scalable hash infrastructures, and regulatory requirements under eIDAS, TR-ESOR, and NIS2. It is little known that Feller actually has his roots in a completely different field. Originally, the graduate physicist (Humboldt University of Berlin) conducted research in the field of experimental semiconductor physics (including infrared detectors and HgCdTe alloys). But a “hobby” increasingly took center stage: IT. This passion would have a lasting impact on his career path.

After German reunification, he initially worked as a consultant at Robotron in Erfurt, where he trained engineers and specialists in the field of databases and IT systems. He then moved to the Munich consulting scene, where in the 1990s he was responsible for major projects for federal agencies, the Ministry of Finance, and the pension insurance system—including tenders for large data centers, mobile tax audits, and early ITIL-like operational processes. In 1997, Feller founded a systems management company together with an Austrian partner, which served clients including insurance companies, air traffic control agencies, energy providers, and large industrial firms. At the same time, he developed a procurement management platform for which he needed a signature solution for the first time—his indirect entry into the world of digital signatures and timestamps.

This is how the partnership with timeproof came about. In November 2011, Olaf Feller took over as CEO of timeproof GmbH, restructured the company both technically and organizationally, and, together with DMI, developed timeproof into one of the leading providers of integrity assurance, long-term archiving (TR-ESOR), and eIDAS-compliant timestamping infrastructures.

In 2025, Dr. Jürgen Bosk was appointed to the executive board of timeproof GmbH, which has since complemented the DMI Group’s portfolio with its specialization in integrity assurance, time tracking, and legally compliant documentation. Since 2023, he has also served as Vendor Co-Chair of IHE Deutschland e.V. and is actively involved in the Professional Association of Medical Informaticians (BVMI).

Since 2020, Dr. Jürgen Bosk has played a key role as a product manager at DMI in the development and implementation of forward-looking innovations, having previously served in an advisory capacity to the executive board since 2016. In addition, he contributes his expertise to DMI’s Marketing Advisory Board. He earned the international certification as a Certified Healthcare CIO in 2019. In addition to his work at DMI, Dr. Bosk has served as Managing Director of the Competence Center for Electronic Signatures in Healthcare e.V. (CCESigG) since 2011.

Previously, the certified process engineer expanded his extensive expertise in data-secure and interoperable IT systems while holding various leadership positions, including in project and contract management at Städtisches Klinikum Braunschweig gGmbH, the Compumed Group Braunschweig, and the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians of Lower Saxony.
